The best in Clermont! We have been bringing our cars to Import Professional since they opened. Very competent, very, very fair. Repairs are always finished on time and correctly. It has always impressed me that Obed always calls to tell me what needs to be done and is very clear ability costs. You can’t do better!

I’ve been coming here for service and oil changes on my BMW since I found out about this place. They do a great job at terrific value. Worth the extra drive out here. They are flexible with their schedule too.

I have been here now quite a few times, B1 service on my GLK 350.
Great service as usual, I would recommend these guys any time.
I will be back next month for transmission service.

My first experience with Imports Professional was a pre-purchase inspection for my 2001 Porsche. Obed let me know about some things and I was able to have the seller replace some parts prior to purchase. Since I bought the car, I’ve taken it in twice. They fixed the convertible top and replaced a power window regulator. They are knowledgeable about European vehicles. I will continue to have my Porsche serviced by them.

I have been bringing my car only to Obed for over ten years now. I will not bring my Mercedes anywhere else. They are honest, do a great job, and cost much, much less than the dealership. Obed is the only person I trust 100% with my CL65.

I have been bringing my C350 to IPA for about 3 years now! They have always provided world class services for a very reasonable price. Compared to the Mercedes Benz dealership they are always much less expensive. I know for a fact that they use genuine parts and fluids. My car drives just as good as it did when I first got it, that shows me this shop knows what they are doing and I will continue to take my vehicle to them as long as I own it. Everyone at IPA is very friendly and they have done many things as a courtesy to help me out on different occasions.

Excellent performance over the past 6-7 years

I took my 2010 Kia soul in thinking that I was going to be told that my car did not have much life left in it. When I got the phone call from Erkies telling me that my car only needed regular maintenance I was ecstatic. Not only does my car run like new with over 100,000 miles on it. But the customer service I received from Imports Professional Auto was over the top. I will definitely be returning for my regular oil changes and maintenance in the future. Thank you so much Erkies and Obed, you lifted a huge weight of stress off my shoulders.

Obid and his team are service-oriented and professional. They knew exactly what to do with my 1981 Porsche 911SC. Many shops simply cannot do this work. I left happy, and after several hours of driving, I continue to be delighted.

I rarely ever write reviews however the service here was exceptional. I took my 2012 SLK350 in for B schedule service, excessive cooling fan noise, and weak air conditioning. Import did a complete inspection of the car and told me about several other issues that needed attention. Erkies worked well with my extended warranty company to get some items covered.
In addition to the “known” repairs they suggested that the battery, brakes and rear tires be replaced. Being somewhat of a back yard mechanic I was aware of these issues myself and knew that they were factual and not just padding the bill. At no time was I pressured to get all the repairs done, just informed. Long story short after checking on line and considering doing the brakes, tires, and battery myself I found their prices to be very competitive.
If you have a Mercedes, Porsche ,Audi, Jaguar, Maserati, etc., Take it here, not to the dealer. Their service is recognized by original manufactures warranty requirements and is as good or better than the dealer at a much lower cost. They use only OEM parts.

An exceptionally professional & positive experience. I was not sure what was creating my steering wheel vibration but Obie did a thorough inspection/test drive and it was resolved in an hour and a half! Wheel balance & tire pressure. I have been a customer since 2017 and usually bring the car in once a year. I have found the work performed by Import Professional Auto to be efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. They have shown to be trustworthy and not perform unnecessary repairs. They always submit estimated charges before work is started and may provide options to be considered. Obed ( owner) has kept my 2007 Mercedes running like a new car and I would not consider taking it anywhere else for repairs. I highly recommend their service.

They’ve been taking care of my car for years from oil maintenance to oil leaks and other wear and tear repairs, and they’ve always done an excellent job! Comparable or better and more affordable than the dealer’s services. They have the most efficient scheduling system compared to any other in central florida. Come on your appointed time and they will service your car that time. Their office is pleasing and pretty which is a plus if I need to wait.

Own a used German performance vehicle? THIS IS YOUR SHOP! Obed and his crew are fast, friendly, honest, and get the job done right the first time, for less than you might think. I take my BMW 3-series there and they have done a great job with maintenance and repairs. I feel like I can go buy older German sports cars now and have the confidence that Obed has my back when it comes time to fix them!

Excellent service. I’ve always had my 2001 325i repaired in a timely manner and everything has been explained to me clearly as far as price is concerned before work is done on the car. I’ve referred several of my friends to Obed over the years and all of them have been happy with his service. One friend even drove 40 miles to bring his car for service here because Fields BMW couldn’t figure out his problem, and he left happy with a perfectly running M3. I’m moving out of the area soon but I plan to keep getting my cars serviced here. You shouldn’t take your BMW anywhere else.

I brought my 2009 Lexus IS250 for check engine light and missing, they called me back that day with estimate and fixed it perfect, even had the car running with the ac on when I walked out to drive away….Great service, thank you!!

I’ve owned and raced imports for over 20 years. I’m driving both a BMW M5 and BMW 335I. Imports Professional Auto Repair is a shop you can trust for all of your repairs. Don’t pay the dealer! Use a local shop you can trust. Recently I saved $2,000 on replacing the evaporator core and expansion valve which required the entire dash to come out. Obed got it done ahead of time, without a scratch, and no extra screws 😉 Obed will be installing all of my performance parts soon!

I have been taking two BMWs to Obed for approximately four years. His service is outstanding. Obed calls,tells you what he found and provides the estimate. Hasn’t missed the mark yet. My 2005 VW Beatle was serviced today by the staff of Imports Professional Auto. Obed, as he always does came out to let me know what was done and what future maintenance should be done. The entire staff is courteous, pleasant and always willing to help their customers with car issues or questions about their vehicles. This is the only shop to take your imports; they know how to repair them at very fair prices.

As a widow and at 75 years of age it is hard to find a mechanic you can really trust and especially for a 2007 VW Beetle. The whole staff is very pleasant and professional and I am very thankful I have found a mechanic who knows what they are doing with a VW.

Just had my 2003 BMW 525i ac belt come off. I had used another local shop in the past that do more harm than good, but this time I went with Imports Professional Auto Repair (I prefer to use local as Fields BMW is expensive and 25 miles away) I couldn’t be happier with the work Obed did and Erkies were awesome too!! I just recently moved to Clermont Fl. I had my Jaguar shipped down to me and when it arrived I experienced a problem with the window motor. I looked for a repair shop in the close proximity of my house and found Imports Professional Auto Repair. Taking my car to them was the best decision I could have made. Obed is a professional in every sense of the word. His shop is clean and all of the staff is quite friendly quite impressive. His expertise is remarkable, estimates accurate, repairs flawless and done in a timely fashion. My kind of auto people! Have been dealing with this firm for a little over a year. When I brought my Avalon (we have 2 of them) in for service I told Obed I only deal with honest, professional auto service people. After several visits for various services, I can tell you he and his staff are as good as I have found in the past and I have dealt with several really good auto services over the years in several different states. I guarantee you may find comparable but you won’t find better auto people than Imports Professional Auto!

My BMW began leaking oil. I took it to Import Professional to get it fix. Obed diagnosed the car gave me an accurate estimate and got to work. Had great experiences at Imports Professional Auto Repair in Clermont, Fl. Took my wife C240 Benz for check engine light and missed fire, Mr Obed diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly.This is my 3rd visit and I am satisfied every time. I brought my Mercedes to this shop because my power door lock was not working and my door handle was stuck in the open position and I could not close my door. Imports handled it quickly for me and with a fair price. And with two small toddlers at home, I really needed my car back fast. I am so impressed!

Took my 1999 Avalon in for some minor (my assessment) repairs. The staff found 2 other BIG problems and showed me the findings. One would have resulted in burning out my motor and the other could have led to a serious accident. I REALLY appreciate the findings and the work. My car drives very “tight” now. To make things even better, when I took the car in I expected to wait for a couple of hours for the “minor” repairs to be done. Based on the findings and the 7 hours of repair time, they found a way to take me home and pick me up as I had no other means available. I have been dealing with repair shops for many years and this one is TOP NOTCH!! I highly recommend them to you!

Obed and his guys worked a miracle on my 2000 Mercedes Benz Clk. My car sat for 10 years with the following not working: windows, door locks, signals, seats, sunroof, windshield wipers ETC. I sent it to like 5 mechanics shops in NY and some shops admitted they don’t know what’s wrong and how to fix and some shops my car came back with more things wrong with it… So as it sat more things went wrong with the car…. I moved to Florida and I was sent to Obed… To give it one last try and within 3 -4 days total, he fixed mostly every issue …. With a fair price I was very happy and plan on letting him finish up the work on my Clk and bringing all my cars to him for now on…. Needless to say the reason I just did not junk it was because my Clk only has 34,000 miles on it…

Needed a more local establishment to service my Mercedes E Class vehicle. Driving to Maitland was an inconvenience even if they did provide a loaner. And their pricing has gotten out of hand. This group has a professional web site – made getting an appointment easy. Very knowledgable group. Extremely courteous. And low and behold, after my Flex A maintenance was done I didn’t need front brakes like Mercedes in Maitland had been stating. Their price on rear brakes was extremely reasonable. Work was done on time and bill was as quoted. I even noticed an error in their billing when I got home (didn’t charge me for a rotor) and I called them to let them know. After we figured out what happened they told me to let it go. Their error. Great folks. Will love giving my business to these local professionals in the future.

I just wanted everyone to know what a great shop this is. I asked them to take care of fixing my water pump and they got it done quick, right and at a fair price. Anyone needing work on their car should know these guys are great and Erkies is super to work with.
